Sometimes in life we have to do what doesn’t look like love, in order to truly love ourselves. We have to love our bodies enough to keep going after they have taken so many hits.
This time when the injection arrived I didn’t have the luxury of staring at the box for two days because it was packed in ice. I didn’t have time to be angry or resentful of the decades that brought me and this body to this moment. I have a choice, We all have a choice at any moment of our being. We always have a choice. I choose Love.
I choose to love my body and help it stay in this world.
Just a little more time I call bonus time and each moment of bonus time I am in gratitude. With that gratitude, I pour into The Loving Garden.
